It is either you love it or hate it. We in Malaysia often serves it beside a piece of grill lamb or beef, or with bread or buns

This Dutch goat cheese is made from 100% goat milk with a mild, silky taste. A highly healthy and easily digestible cheese, it is most suitable for those with lactose intolerance, but want to enjoy the goodness of cheese

Ingredients:

Pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, friendly bacteria, rennet

Benefits:

Rich in protein, calcium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorous etc

Taste:

Pure, mild but distinctive to goats cheese

Texture:

Silky smooth and semi-soft

Suggested Serving:

>> Breads, crackers and sandwiches

>> Serve as snacks on cheese boards with fresh fruits like apples, pears, dried apricots, peaches and cherries, or with jams or walnuts

>> With salads or grilled chicken

Best Pair With:

Almost any wine ranging from sparkling to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir,  or any red, white and rose or port wine
