Red Cheddar Block

Origin : Ireland

A favourite among Malaysians as it can be served as sliced for sandwiches and burgers. Once shredded, it can be used for topping on buns, croissants or even sandwiched in between layered cheesecakes

Cheddar is one of the most popular cheese in the world and was originated from Somerset, England  since the 12th Century.  Coloured Cheddar is made by adding the natural colour extract from seeds of the Achiote tree to make it look more appealing

Ingredients:

Pasteurized cow milk, salt, friendly bacteria, rennet

25% protein, rich in Vit A, B12, calcium, iron, magnesium & potassium
